...until I get to the driving craziness post I promised. And also another one I'm pondering about sin.
Story #1:
Last week Jared and I were eating breakfast on Saturday morning while Anne was still asleep. I told Jared I had figured out what I wanted to wear to church and started describing the outfit. Then I mentioned I wouldn't be able to wear it, because I didn't own any of the items involved in said outfit. Jared sort of looked at me blankly. I thought for a second and said, "Wow, I guess you've never had this problem before." "No." Right. Strange problem to have, I guess!
Story #2:
Last night in the middle of the night I had woken up to feed Anne and had fallen back asleep. And a few minutes later I woke up again, and Jared's arm and hand are stretched out all over my pillow. I'm a little annoyed, because I left him well more than half the bed, and here he is invading my pillow. So I try to move his arm out of the way. It flopped right back. So I try shoving it again. Again it flops right back. He is being so inconsiderate in his sleep! Then I noticed that the arm was connected to my own personal left elbow. And it turns out that my arm and hand have fallen completely asleep, and I think they're his, because I can't feel them at all. So I turn over and that silly arm gets itself right off my pillow, and I'm back to Slumberland.
